Fox Springs/Fox Meadows

Sandy Mason used to say, “In Teton Valley, you never know who you may have to pull out of a ditch.” It was a reminder to keep open communication and relationships with everyone. Nothing embodies this more than our recent work with the Fox Springs / Fox Meadows Property Owners Association. Twenty years ago, our organization was born out of a groundwater lawsuit involving these two neighboring developments. And yet, when their boards approached VARD for assistance updating and rewriting their rules and covenants, we jumped at the invitation to help. It’s been a very positive working experience for all, and we welcome future opportunities to work with the folks at Fox Springs / Fox Meadows.
