VARD continues to work with the residents of Rockin' H Trailer Park in Victor... This is an ongoing pursuit and we will update you as we are advised it is permissible.

VARD submitted its Comment Letter to the Victor Planning and Zoning Commission regarding Teton Valley Resort’s Annexation & Rezone and application for a Conditional Use Permit for an onsite restaurant. The City of Victor will be considering this application this Thursday,  April 22, 2021.  In addition to VARD’s comments, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council (IFHC) weighed in on the matter, as did the Hidalgo Family, who currently resides in the Rockin’ H Mobile Home park.
