Driggs City Council Affirms Denial for

Teton Ave LLC Rezone 

A zone map amendment on approximately 4.15 acres to develop a 48-unit condominium project (12 four-plexes) on a parcel that includes two delineated wetlands came to City Council on Tuesday with a recommendation for DENIAL from the Planning & Zoning Commission. Driggs neighbors came together to speak out at the PZC hearing, and they did it again for City Council on the 18th! City Council heard their constituents and affirmed PZC's recommendation.

Victor PZC Continues Hearing for

Mountainside Village Phase V Preliminary Plat

Mountainside Village Phase V consists of 20 Lots/53 Acres. This property is zoned RS7 in the City of Victor and falls within the Bear Conflict Overlay, Big Game Migration & Seasonal Range, and is located on steep slopes. The City continued the hearing until September 21st to wait for additional information.
