The Trails Hearing: Tomorrow Night!

The Victor Planning and Zoning Commission will have a public hearing tomorrow, January 22nd at 7:00pm to discuss AP Acquisition's The Trails preliminary plat application. The proposed location of The Trails is south of Abby Loop in Victor and seeks to add up to 110 new units on a 22.58 acre parcel. To review the staff report for this project, click the link here. During the public hearing for the Concept Plan last year, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the application as long as 17 requirements were met by the time a preliminary plat application was submitted. As of now, seven of those requirements still have not been met. Read our comment letter on this proposal here.

Public comments can be submitted to the City of Victor through email, mail, or through their comment form up until the start of the public hearing; there will also be time during the meeting for comments to be given in person.
