VARD’s Comment Letter on Teton Valley Resort’s Rezone Application and Rockin’ H Mobile Home Park

VARD submitted its Comment Letter to the Victor Planning and Zoning Commission regarding Teton Valley Resort’s Annexation & Rezone and application for a Conditional Use Permit for an onsite restaurant. The City of Victor will be considering this application this Thursday,  April 22, 2021.  In addition to VARD’s comments, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council (IFHC) weighed in on the matter, as did the Hidalgo Family, who currently resides in the Rockin’ H Mobile Home park.
