Nine years after Teton County adopted the 2012 Comprehensive Plan, the first draft of the associated Land Use Code is out for public comment. VARD encourages all residents of the Valley to read the Code and submit your comments and concerns, as it so very important to the future of Teton Valley. Public comment is due by 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2021. VARD submitted our Comment Letter to the County and provides more information on the history leading up to this important draft in our most recent E-ALERT newsletter send out on May 5.
