Expand your understanding of rural real estate issues to better serve your clients. 

What: The Idaho and Wyoming State Board of Realtors have approved the curriculum for Valley Advocates for Responsible Development to teach a real estate professional development course in partnership with the Salmon Valley Stewardship covering the following specialized topics:

Reshaping Development Patterns: understanding rural residential lot supply and marketability. Presented by Anna Trentadue and Shawn Hill, Valley Advocates for Responsible Development.   Investigate the shifts in demand affecting rural residential developments, learn about the economics of reshaping development in rural areas.   E1171 – 3 C.E. credits.  

When Tuesday May 10th from  1:00-4:00PM with a hosted reception afterwards. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you intend to register at the course.

Where:  Teton Springs Resort in Victor, ID. 

Course Fee: $30 which includes hosted reception, and 3C.E. credits in both WY and ID.
