What: The Idaho and Wyoming State Board of Realtors have approved the curriculum for Valley Advocates for Responsible Development to teach a real estate professional development course in partnership with the Salmon Valley Stewardship covering the following specialized topics:
Reshaping Development Patterns: understanding rural residential lot supply and marketability. Presented by Anna Trentadue and Shawn Hill, Valley Advocates for Responsible Development. Investigate the shifts in demand affecting rural residential developments, learn about the economics of reshaping development in rural areas. E1171 – 3 C.E. credits.
When: Tuesday May 10th from 1:00-4:00PM with a hosted reception afterwards. Please arrive 10min early if you intend to register at the course.
Where: Teton Springs Resort in Victor, ID.
Course Fee: $30 which includes hosted reception, and 3 C.E. credits in both WY and ID.
