The Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Driggs City Hall on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 6:30 PM to consider a zone change of 8.82 acres of vacant land located in the Driggs Area of Impact. The owner is Arrowhead Center LLC from Monterey, California. Public comment will be taken at the hearing.
Requested Change: The requested change is to rezone the property from Area of Impact R-3 (MultiFamily Residential) to Area of Impact C-3 (Service & Highway Commercial) for the purpose of pursuing commercial development on the subject parcel. The subject parcel is Lot 2, Block 1 of the Teton Peaks View Subdivision.
Review Process & Criteria: The parcel is located in the Driggs Area of Impact and subject to review as per the Driggs Area of Impact Agreement; the Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will evaluate the project based on the Driggs Area of Impact zoning regulations. Following Driggs P&Z Commission’s recommendation, the Driggs City Council shall hold a public hearing and also make a recommendation on the project. The final decision will be completed by the Board of County Commissioners.
